Online application

  • Detailed job descriptions are posted for all positions available. Complete the online application and upload your resume for consideration.  We review every application to find qualified candidates and then reach out via email if they appear to be a good fit for the position.

  • Interviews

    • Initial interviews are conducted over the phone. We want to be certain our candidates have a clear understanding of the position and have their questions answered. If that goes well, the candidate will be invited for a in person interview.

    Applicant review

    • OHN has high standards when it comes to our employees. We are FCRA compliant and follow all state and federal requirements for background checks. Only candidates with satisfactory background check results will be extended an offer.

    Training

    • We believe equipping our employees for their position is essential!  We offer an in depth training for all New Home Hosts. After training, you are ready to begin your new adventure in the New Home Industry.
